PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT:

  1.  By transmitting payment you are entering a legal agreement for services.
 
  2.  All payments are held in escrow and withdrawn only as needed.
 
  3.  Any balance left in escrow will be returned to you within 30 days.
 
  4.  We bill only by the hour, at the rate given to you.
 
  5.  Payment includes a non-refundable agency processing fee of $50.00.
 
  6.  Payment includes a 3% Paypal processing fee of the payment remitted.
 
  7.  Before transmitting payment, prior authorization is required by our agency.
 
  8.  We will mail, fax, or email documents for you to sign following payment.
 
  9.  An investigator will contact you within 24 hours to discuss case specifics.

10.  You may elect to sign all contractual agreements before making payment.
